Køb Staub støbejerns cocotte

The domed lid creates a perfect seal, so my stews come out incredibly tender without any evaporation. I love that I can go from stovetop to oven without a second thought. It’s already my go-to pot for weekend cooking.

The white truffle finish hides stains way better than my old enameled pot, and cleanup is basically a rinse and wipe. Heavy, sure, but that cast iron heat retention makes braises taste like they simmered all day.

The 4 qt size is perfect for a batch of chili or a whole chicken, and the lid seals tightly enough that I barely lose any moisture in the oven. Cleanup has been easier than I expected too, even after braising for hours.
