Lily I. ★★★★★ Sep 15, 2026

The dark blue enamel looks even better in person than in the photos, and the cast iron heats so evenly that my stews don't scorch on the bottom anymore. Heavy, sure, but that's the point.

Eva ★★★★★ Sep 14, 2026

The oval shape actually fits a whole brisket without cramming it in, which is why I went with this size over a round one. Heat distribution is dead even across the bottom, and cleanup took maybe two minutes.

George H. ★★★★★ Sep 13, 2026

Roasted a whole chicken in this last night and the oval shape actually fits it without cramming. The cast iron heats so evenly that the thighs hit 175 without the breast drying out, and cleanup was just a rinse.
