Køb Staub støbejerns cocotte

That white truffle finish looks way nicer in person than in the photos, and the round shape heats so evenly that my stew had zero hot spots. Cleanup was easier than my old pan too. Worth every penny for the size alone.

The white truffle finish is gorgeous—it looks like a piece of art sitting on my stovetop, and the 7-quart round size handles whole chicken braises without a splash. Cleanup’s been a breeze too, the enamel inside just wipes right off after a soak.

The 7-quart size is perfect for big batch chili and Sunday roasts, and the heat distribution is impressively even across the bottom. Only gripe is the lid is heavy enough that I have to be careful lifting it one-handed, but the cooking results are well worth it.
