Køb Staub støbejern - tilbehør lågholder

I was skeptical about spending extra on a lid holder, but this little accessory has completely changed how I use my dutch oven. It holds the heavy cast iron lid securely while I stir or check doneness, and the matte black finish makes it look purposeful sitting on my counter. No more juggling a hot,

The matte black finish blends right in with my other kitchen tools, and the holder grips the lid edge snugly enough that nothing wobbles when I set it down. It's a small thing, but not having to hunt for a spot to rest a hot cast iron lid while stirring has been a game changer for me.

The lid holder is solid and steady, so I can rest the heavy cast iron lid right on the counter without worrying about it tipping. It's the little things like this that make cooking cleanup way less of a hassle.
