Kupte si Staub x Pamela Salzman - litinový kastrol

I was honestly surprised at how evenly this pan heats on my glass stovetop, no hot spots burning the garlic. The 3-quart capacity handles a full batch of my Sunday sauce, and cleanup is quick since the cast iron surface doesn't grab onto food like my old nonstick did.

Three quarts is the perfect size for everything from a quick marinara to a full batch of curry, and the cast iron holds heat like nothing else I've owned. The lid fits so snugly that condensation stays right where it should, and cleanup is honestly easier than I expected for a pan this heavy.

The cast iron heats so evenly that my sauces reduce without scorching on the edges, and the 3 qt size is perfect for a batch of gravy or caramel. It’s heavy, but that’s exactly what I wanted for slow simmering.
