Kupte si litinový wok Staub s poklicí ze skla

The glass lid fits snugly and lets me watch the sauce reduce without lifting it, which is a game-changer for one-pan dinners. Twelve inches is plenty for a family batch of fried rice, and the weight feels reassuringly solid on the stove.

The cast iron heats so evenly that stir-frying feels almost effortless, and the glass lid is a nice touch for checking on food without lifting it. I've used it nearly every night for two weeks and it's already my go-to pan for everything from fried rice to seared veggies.

The graphite grey finish looks even better in person than online, and the wok's weight feels reassuringly solid on my gas stove. Free shipping was a nice bonus since these pans are heavy, and the glass lid makes it easy to check on a stir-fry without lifting it.
