The lilac color is gorgeous in person and really brightens up my kitchen counter. The cast iron heats evenly and the glass lid makes it easy to keep an eye on dinner without lifting it.

The glass lid seals tightly enough that I can actually see the food simmering without lifting it and losing heat, and the 3.5 qt size handles a whole chicken braise perfectly. The lilac finish arrived flawless and looks gorgeous sitting on my stove all day.

The lilac color is even prettier in person and the glass lid makes it so easy to check on dinner without losing heat. I've used it three times this week for braises and the cast iron holds temperature beautifully.
