Kupte Staub litinová cocotte

The lilac enamel is even prettier in person, and the black interior makes it easy to see when onions are properly browned. I braised a whole chicken in it Sunday and the heat stayed so even I didn't need to rotate the pot once.

I was worried 7 quarts would feel too big for everyday cooking, but it's actually perfect for a whole chicken plus veggies with room to spare. The cast iron heats so evenly that my stews have stopped scorching on the bottom, and cleanup has been way easier than I expected.

I’ve had this Dutch oven for about two months now and the heat distribution is incredibly even—my stews have never turned out better. The lid fits so snugly that barely any steam escapes.
