شراء ملعقة ريزوتو Staub Tools

I've been using this for risotto night for a few weeks now and the shape is spot on for stirring without splashing. The handle stays comfortable even when I'm standing there for twenty minutes.

The flat edge really does the job when I'm folding butter into the rice, and it's sturdy enough to scrape the pan bottom without a scratch. After three weeks of nightly risotto, it still looks brand new and hasn't warped in the dishwasher once.

The handle sits so comfortably in my palm while I stir, and the spoon’s depth really grabs the rice without dragging the pan. It’s become my go-to for the whole simmering process, start to finish.
