اشترِ مقلاة ستوب من الحديد الزهر بغطاء زجاجي

The glass lid fits snugly and lets me keep an eye on the sauce without lifting it, which I love. I’ve used it three times this week and the heat distribution is so even that nothing sticks. Shipping was quick too, and the basil green looks great on my stove.

The basil color is even richer in person, and the 3.5 qt size handles a full batch of braised short ribs without crowding. First cook came out perfectly even, and cleanup was just a quick wipe.

The glass lid is a nice touch—lets me watch the sauce reduce without lifting it and losing steam. The 3.5 quart size is perfect for a midweek braise for two, and the basil color looks great on the stove.
