The cherry finish is gorgeous and the heat retention is exactly what I wanted for searing steaks — they come out with a crust I could never get in my old pan. Cleanup is easier than I expected for cast iron, and the 12-inch size fits my burner perfectly.

The cherry finish is stunning, and the cast iron holds heat so evenly that my fried eggs come out perfect every time. It's heavy, but that's exactly what you want for a pan this solid.

Searing steaks on this 12-inch pan feels completely different—the heat stays so even across the whole surface that I don't have to rotate the meat to get a perfect crust. The cherry finish is gorgeous enough to leave out on the stove, and cleanup is just a quick wipe with a cloth.
