The matte black finish looks sharp on my stovetop and doesn't show scratches after daily use. I've been using it for everything from steaks to cornbread, and the heat distribution is impressively even. Shipping was fast and the pan arrived well-packaged, no chips or cracks.

The 12-inch size is perfect for searing a whole chicken, and the matte black finish doesn't show any scratches after a month of daily use. Arrived in two days, and the weight feels reassuringly solid. I'm already planning to replace my other pans.

I’ve had cast iron before, but the sheer weight and heft of this 12-inch pan is something else — it feels like it’ll outlive me. It arrived in perfect matte black condition, no chips or scratches, and the free shipping was a nice bonus. A little olive oil and eggs slide right off it already.
