Roasted a whole chicken in this last night and the oval shape actually fit it without cramming. The 6.25 qt size is generous enough for a batch of chili too, and cleanup took maybe two minutes.

The citron enamel is even prettier in person, and it's become my go-to for roasting a whole chicken on Sundays. Cleanup is quick since nothing really sticks to the interior, though it is heavy enough that I leave it on the stove.

The wide oval shape actually fits a whole chicken with the veggies packed around it, which my old round pot never managed. Citron is brighter in person than I expected, and cleanup has been a quick soak and wipe so far.
