The graphite grey finish hides stains way better than my old white enameled pot, and cleanup is basically a rinse and wipe. Braised a whole chicken in it Sunday and the 5.5 quart size fit everything with room to spare.

The 5.5-quart size is perfect for stews and roasts, and the cast iron heats so evenly I haven't had any hot spots. The graphite grey finish looks great on the stovetop too.

The lid fits so snugly that almost no steam escapes during braising, and the heat retention is incredible for slow cooking. Cleanup was surprisingly easy even after a long simmer with caramelized bits.
