I've been using this for Sunday stews and the heat distribution across the 3.5 qt base is remarkably even, no scorching even when I let it simmer for hours. The stainless steel knob is a nice touch since it's oven safe at higher temps than my old plastic one.

The pumpkin shape makes it way more fun to bring to the table, and the burnt orange glaze hides stains better than my old white dutch oven. The stainless knob is a nice upgrade too since I can take it straight from the stove into a 450 degree oven for braises.

Baked a sourdough loaf in this last weekend and the crust came out bakery-level crackly. The 3.5 qt size is perfect for two people, and cleanup was honestly just a rinse and wipe.
